Top Notch was very timely responding to our call; straightforward and reasonable pricing, and efficient in solving our A/C issues. I got an outrageous quote from another company and called Bill Reilly to get another opinion. Not only did he underbid the other place by 40%, but he had me on the schedule for 5 days out. His team were on-time, clean, fast, and effective. Everything is working great (just like my furnace, which they replaced 6 years ago). Old school Pittsburgh who knows his stuff. He put in a full dual system in my super old home he did ducting and 2 ac units and 2 furnaces one of my ac units had a faulty part he came very fast with no drama and shuts fixed it and fully warranties all his work with no drama and games I def recommend him. Top-Notch Heating and Cooling lives up to the name. I woke up sweating—house was burning up—and gave them a call. Bill was out here in about 20 minutes, figured it out fast, replaced the part, and had the AC back up and running in no time- even had my service records from 3years ago and remembered my situation back then❗️OMG❗️ so impressed‼️ It didn’t cost a fortune either. We were in need of a replacement furnace and AC unit and got three quotes, one of which was from TopNotch. Their quote came in with the best price and the work was completed within a week. TopNotch is always so responsive. We trust them to give us an honest opinion and best pricing. They replaced our furnace right before New Year’s Day and were ready to bring a generator since we didn’t have power just to ensure we had heat when the power came back on.
