A live person actually picked up the phone when I called! Bill Reilly was friendly and courteous, both over the phone and in-person. He called 15-30 minutes before he got there. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. Fixed my furnace for a lot less than I thought it would cost. Great experience!
